Valérie Dufour is Director of the Health Ministries Department at the Inter-European Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, located in Bern, Switzerland. She is an accredited Dietician, a former Economist and a candidate for a MPH at Andrews University, USA. She has travelled extensively in Europe doing what she enjoys most – to share the good news of healthy living with children, youth and adults alike. She developed the Children’s Health Expo that is now being used in many parts of the world.
